Land To See Partner Plan

1. Subscription Plans
By subscribing to one of the LandToSee subscription plans (Legacy, Bronze, Silver, or Gold), you agree to the terms outlined below. Each plan offers varying levels of services and access to essential real estate tools:

- Legacy Plan: $149 per month with a 20% commission split, capped at $20,000 per transaction.
- Bronze Plan: $199 per month with a 20% commission split.
- Silver Plan: $349 per month with a 10% commission split.
- Gold Plan: $499 per month with no commission split.

2. Services Provided
All subscription plans offer comprehensive real estate tools, including:

- CRM Access: Gain access to a cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed to help manage leads, clients, and sales activities efficiently.
- Dialer and Office Numbers: Use LandToSee's integrated dialer and unique office numbers to enhance communication and streamline outreach.
- Leads: Each plan includes access to qualified leads, empowering agents to focus on conversions.
- Secret Seller Platform Access: All subscribers gain entry to the Secret Seller platform, where off-market listings are available, with complete access to data rooms and financials without delay.
- Brokermint Access: Manage transactions with Brokermint's transaction coordination tools to streamline deal closing.
- Transaction Coordinator: Get assistance from a dedicated transaction coordinator to ensure your deals move smoothly from listing to closing.
- Technical Support: Technical support is available to assist with any challenges related to the platform or other integrated tools.
- Marketing Support: Subscribers will receive access to marketing materials and services to help promote listings, grow their brand, and maximize exposure.

3. Subscription Billing
Your subscription will be billed monthly on the same day you sign up. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize LandToSee to charge the subscription fee automatically. If a payment fails, your access to subscription benefits may be paused or terminated until the payment issue is resolved.

4. Commission Structure
- Legacy Plan: 20% of the gross revenue generated from transactions facilitated by LandToSee, capped at a maximum of $20,000 per transaction.
- Bronze Plan: 20% commission on transactions.
- Silver Plan: 10% commission on transactions.
- Gold Plan: No commission on transactions.

5. Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the benefits of the plan until the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided.

6. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for future months.

7. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle, and any commission structures will adjust accordingly. Transactions completed before upgrading or downgrading will be subject to the original commission rate of your previous plan. If a plan change occurs mid-year, the subscription will be prorated based on the months remaining in the subscription anniversary year.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms
LandToSee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including plan pricing and benefits, at any time. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account.

9. Limitation of Liability
LandToSee is not liable for any loss or damage caused by your participation in the subscription plans. You agree to use the services provided under the subscription plans at your own risk.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where LandToSee operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Agreement
By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the LandToSee subscription plans.

Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA)

This NCNDA is entered into by and between Land to See and the undersigned ("Recipient") to protect confidential information and business relationships.

1. Confidential Information
The Recipient agrees to keep confidential all information shared by Land to See, including but not limited to business strategies, customer lists, lead generation systems, and proprietary materials. No information will be disclosed or used for personal or third-party benefit without written consent.

2. Non-Circumvention
The Recipient agrees not to bypass Land to See by engaging directly with parties introduced by Land to See for business transactions, unless with prior written consent.

3. Term & Termination
This agreement remains in effect for two (2) years from signing. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice, but confidentiality and non-circumvention obligations remain for two (2) years post-termination.

4. Legal Remedies
Land to See reserves the right to seek legal action, including injunctive relief and damages, in the event of a breach. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida.
